1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and INSPIRA Indonesia ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our platform and services.
By accessing the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and you must discontinue use immediately.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration process.
- Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age and a verified business owner or entrepreneur to participate in certain community features.
- Account Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate or violates our community guidelines.

- Engage in unauthorized spamming or marketing outside of designated promotional channels.
- Misrepresent your identity, your business, or your affiliations.
